About our Business Consultant Program

Our Consultant Program is designed for those motivated to apply their previous knowledge to become a successful Business Consultant within one of our ERP systems. The program is an extended introduction, blending theoretical knowledge with practical experience in customer projects.

It is focused on three main areas:

• Enterprise Systems: Learn IFS or NetSuite from a consultant’s perspective. Take part of an extended introduction and onboarding into the system’s modules, as well as knowledge sharing with Addovation’s skilled colleagues and network. You will participate in either NetSuite's or IFS's partner training sessions.

• The Consultant Role: You will receive training through Addovation Academy, created by our consultants, for our consultants. The training is based on best practices and our experience. This includes both how to act as a successful consultant and the commercial aspects. Additionally, you will have an individual mentor to guide you through your development journey.

• Customer Focus: Our goal is for you to build customer relationships early on, applying theoretical knowledge alongside practical experience from customer projects. In these projects, you will gain an understanding of the customer's unique needs.

Throughout the program, you will gain knowledge of IFS or NetSuite and have the opportunity to specialize in a relevant module area, such as Finance, Manufacturing, Service & Asset, Supply Chain, or others.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for individuals who is curious on the role as consultant and have a strong interest in digitalization and business processes. The program is for those with a few years of relevant work experience who wish to switch career paths to the IT and enterprise systems industry.

You have a university or similar education in economics, technology, IT, or similar, and experience as a user of enterprise systems or practical experience in a role within one of our customers’ business areas. For example, you may have worked as an accountant, controller, logistics coordinator, production planner, or similar.

Experience with enterprise systems such as IFS, NetSuite, or other ERP systems is a plus but not a requirement – we will provide you with the tools you need to succeed!

You need to be fluent in at least one of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) as well as English.

Job Responsibilities

• Help our customers streamline business processes in connection with the development and implementation of process and system solutions in IFS Cloud or NetSuite.

• Conduct workshops to analyze a company’s business processes.

• Configure the system according to the established customer requirements.

• Provide support and training to customers in their enterprise system solutions.
