About the Role

As an IFS Developer / Software Engineer, you will contribute directly to our project deliveries and play a key role in helping customers succeed with their ERP solutions. You’ll work closely with both our customers and Addovation’s internal teams on everything from analysis, development, and configuration to upgrades and integrations within IFS Applications and IFS Cloud.

While prior experience with IFS is highly valued, it’s not a strict requirement. If you have a background in software development, business systems, or ERP platforms and are eager to grow into the IFS space – we would love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Customize and develop solutions in IFS Cloud and IFS Applications
• Integrate IFS with third-party systems
• Build reports, workflows, custom fields, events, and automation
• Migrate data and help streamline customers’ business processes
• Test, debug, review, and maintain code for quality and stability
• Produce documentation and training materials
• Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users
• Share knowledge and support colleagues across teams

What We’re Looking For

Ideally you have:

• A degree in software development, informatics, or a related field
• Some experience with IFS Applications or IFS Cloud – or a strong interest in learning it
• Experience with SQL and PL/SQL; .NET development is a plus
• Knowledge of ERP systems, business processes, and integrations
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and willingness to take responsibility
• Fluent English skills – Norwegian is a bonus, not a must
